Why Do I Need the Church?

Spirituality is not declining in America, but church affiliation is.  Even those whose spirituality is grounded in the tenets of Christianity may question the value of the church.

Through faith in Christ, God gives us a new identity through Jesus and a new family in his church.  Commitment to the church is a nonnegotiable part of Christian discipleship.

In this six-seek study Paul will show us how God’s encouragement to the first-century Ephesians still instructs our lives in our current era.

The Church is the body of Christian believers, Christians collectively.  While we think of “body of Christ in a symbolic sense or take its meaning to basically mean “a group of Christians", have you stopped to realize that body carries the meaning of "physical structure, material frame, or the main or principal part of anything?”

The church is literally the material part of the spiritual Christian faith and is the principal means for the Christian faith to grow among the humans of the world.

Why do we need the Church? Join us for lessons from Paul.
